Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including DHL / Fedex, Australia Post or other 3rd party freight companies. 
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Please note that processing times may also affect the delivery timeframe. Custom orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If the goods are in stock they will ship within 2-3 business days

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are all included in the cost of the item. We have Free Delivery Worldwide unless notified.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders that meet a certain minimum purchase threshold. Eligibility for free shipping will be indicated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your order by logging into your Purfit Covers account or by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

4. International Shipping:

  • We proudly ship our products worldwide to serve our global customer base.
  • International shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. Also depending on the country there could be some extra VAT, taxes or import duties that need to be paid by the customer. 

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on their size, weight, or contents. Any such restrictions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. DHL can ship to Australia PO Boxes

6. Shipping Address Accuracy / Authority to Leave:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We do not have an ATL option, so the "Authority to Leave" is at the discretion of the courier and your responsibility to track the package and make sure its safe and not damaged when it arrives. They will do there best to put it in a safe place but ATL "Authority to Leave" is automatic if you are not home. 
  • Purfit Covers is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, theft or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Once the courier service has delivered the package to your address the responsibility of this package becomes yours.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
